While summer months aren’t as packed as months like October or November, several prominent titles see launches during July. Below, you’ll find the list of the biggest releases of July 2024, including what platforms they release on.

Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail

Embark on a new journey to Tural, a brand new continent west of Eorzea, as the Warrior of Light and the Scions of the Seventh Dawn begin a new chapter of their lives following the events of Endwalker. Raise your level cap to 100 and take on the new Viper and Pictomancer classes in the fifth expansion of Square Enix’s MMO.

The First Descendant

Nexon’s take on the looter-shooter genre, The First Descendant, plops players on Ingris, a once-thriving world overtaken in a single day by an alien race known as the Vulgus. Players must band together using several unique characters with archetypes, abilities, and weapons galore in their hunt to protect what remains of their world.

Zenless Zone Zero

The latest title in the HoYoverse takes players on another action RPG adventure. Take on Hollows, undead enemies, in New Eridu City’s post-apocalyptic world with a Cyberpunk overtone. Like in other titles from MiHoYo, players can roll for rare characters and take on hordes of enemies. If gacha games are your thing, you might enjoy Zenless Zone Zero.
