The Gaiden Event is a thematic event in Apex Legends, and the second and most likely final event of Season 13: Saviors. This is the first thematic event to have a Prestige Mythic Legend skin included in it, as in Season 12, there were two Collection Events instead. All of the thematic skins in the Gaiden Event are based on various famous anime, though some translate into the world of Apex Legends better than others. Here is our list of all the Legend skins in the Gaiden Event, from best to worst.
Gaiden Event Legend Skins
There are 40 cosmetics in the Gaiden Event loot pool, and of those, eight of them are Legend skins. However, there 10 Legend skins in total, due to the Prestige Mythic Bangalore skin, and the Fuse skin on the Prize Tracker. Let’s take a look.

Obtaining Gaiden Legend Skins
Thematic Events are different from Collection Events in terms of exclusivity, as the cosmetics are not a limited-time offer (except the Fuse skin, which is limited-time only). Here are a few different ways to get these skins. Some methods are tied to specific skins, while others are most flexible in terms of what skins you can get.
- Obtain all 40 Gaiden Event items (Mythic Bangalore skin*)
- Spend 400 Apex Coins (One Event Pack, may or may not have a Legend skin inside)
- Reach 3,000 points on the Gaiden Prize Tracker Week 1 (Fuse)
- Buy the 10 Event Pack bundle in the Special Offer store (Mirage)
- Spend 1,800 Apex Coins or 2,400 Crafting Metals (Legendary skins)
- Spend 1,000 Apex Coins 800 Crafting Metals (Epic skins)
- Open any Apex Pack (Small chance, but these skins are added to the regular loot pool)
*Bangalore’s Mythic skin will also be available in the Mythic store for 150 Heirloom Shards after the event ends.
Note that one year later, the crafting prices for these event items will reduce by half. The Gaiden Event is live in Apex Legends from July 19 to August 2.
