FFXIV: The Rising 2023—With gratitude for the journeys thus far, we look to the journeys still to come—runs from Sunday, August 27, 2023, at 12:00 AM (PDT) until the launch of Patch 6.5. Players can earn several limited-time rewards during the event, including a new mount and furnishing items.

‘Siblings Rising’ Requirements
To begin The Rising event, you’ll need to accept the Siblings Rising quest from Kipih Jakkya in Ul’dah – Steps of Nald (X: 10.1, Y: 8.7). Only players level 15 and above can take on this limited-time mission, so make sure to visit with a character that meets the criteria.
Those with characters ready for the event can speak to this temporary NPC and complete the event to earn their Rising Phoenix Whistle, The Rising Advertisement, and Orchestrion Rolls.
