All Starlight Celebration 2023 Rewards
Starlight Celebration – Ties to Remember runs from Friday, December 15, 2023, at 12:00 AM until Sunday, December 31, 2023, at 6:59 AM (PST). Players have until this window closes to complete the Blue Starlight event quest to earn their rewards, which you can see here.

‘Blue Starlight’ Requirements
Head to Old Gridania X: (10.2, Y 9.4) to start the Starlight Celebration and speak to the Bearded Lady NPC. Make sure your character is at least level 15 before trying to take on this quest, as there is a level requirement.
Once you meet the level requirement for this quest, speak to the NPC shown above. Do the short list of tasks she asks you to do, and you’ll have a sweet new Santa suit to add to your collection!
