Final Fantasy XIV: What are Luncheon Coffers?

Final Fantasy XIV's 6.15 Patch brings plenty of new items to discover.

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.15 introduces several new items. One new item set in the popular MMO is Luncheon Coffer Components. If you enjoy crafting, you’ll want to learn about this item. Find out what these new Coffers are and what they do in Final Fantasy XIV.

Final Fantasy XIV: Luncheon Coffer items

Luncheon Coffer Materials are Miscellany that you can find via Mining or Botany. Make sure you’re level 82 or higher before attempting to gather this resource. You can find this resource at the following locations:

  • Rocky Outcrops in Garlemald and Monitoring Station G
  • Mature Trees in Garlemald and Camp Broken Glass

You can use Luncheon Coffer Components to craft Luncheon Coffers, provided you’re high enough level as a Disciple of the Hand. For each Coffer, you’ll also need Four Ice Crystals and Two Earth Crystals.

The following classes can craft Luncheon Coffers:

  • Carpenter
  • Blacksmith
  • Armorer
  • Goldsmith
  • Leatherworker
  • Weaver
  • Alchemist
  • Culinarian

Though the above classes can craft Luncheon Coffers, you’ll need access to the level 81 recipe. We recommend getting substantial training in your profession of choice.
