Fire Emblem Engage lets players build an army with dozens of unique fighters. These fighters can take on multiple classes, weapons, and abilities. One of the characters you’ll meet is Merrin, a mid-range combatant with numerous options on the battlefield. She starts off strong, but you’ll want to ensure a suitable Advanced Class to make the most of her strengths.
Merrin’s Advanced Class: Wolf Knight (Sword)

Weapon | Proficiency |
---|---|
Sword | B |
Knife | S |
Thanks to Merrin’s impressive Speed stat, she excels as a Wolf Knight. This class relies on quick maneuvers to get in, attack enemies, and get out before they can take damage. There are three types of Wolf Knights, so you’ll want to focus on the version that gives her Sword proficiency. With a B Rank in Sword skills and an S Rank with Knives, Merrin is a terror to all who stand in her way.

To get even more out of this Wolf Knight, you’ll need to outfit Merrin with an Emblem. Because Merrin thrives on her Speed and Dodge capabilities to avoid enemy attacks, you’ll want an Emblem that boosts her Dodge stat. Eirika is an excellent match, bolstering Merrin’s Dodge stat while giving her access to several moves and weapons that can attack various enemies. You can see the list of Bond Effects levels one to ten below:
