In the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, trainers meet new Pokemon and evolutions on their journey through the Paldea region, like Farigiraf. The evolution of Girafarig makes its debut during Gen IX, and like any Pokemon in the series, getting the best natures for this partner is a surefire way to get a leg up on your competition. Best Natures for Farigiraf

Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Timid | +Speed/-Attack |
Modest | +Special Attack/-Attack |
Farigiraf is a Special Attacker like its predecessor, so you’ll want to avoid natures that subtract from this crucial stat. Because Farigiraf has such strong base power for Special Attack, you may want to improve its Speed stat with the Timid nature and round out its stats. The Timid nature lowers the Attack stat with this boost, but that’s no big deal. To further boost its Special Attack, you’ll want to select a Modest nature, which lowers Attack for this added power. We went with a Modest nature during our hunt, but either choice is fine.

Worst Natures for Farigiraf

While getting the best nature is a great way to get ahead in Scarlet and Violet, it’s okay to focus on casual play! If you don’t mind getting a weaker Farigiraf, we suggest avoiding these natures. So long as you steer clear of the choices below, you won’t have much trouble playing Scarlet and Violet.
Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Brave | +Attack/-Speed |
Adamant | +Attack/-Special Attack |
Because Farigiraf is a Special Attacker, you don’t want a nature that takes away from this stat. The Brave nature boosts Attack, one of your partner’s unimpressive stats, while taking away from Speed. It’s a double whammy that hurts you on two fronts. The Adamant nature, on the other hand, ups Attack at the cost of its Special Attack, which is the worst-case scenario.
Once you find a nature outside the poor choices above, you can head out into the Paldea region! Good luck out there!
