In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players can get the team of their dreams to take on the Paldea region. No matter what gen it is, Eevee is sure to make an appearance. When it does, you can evolve it into any of its eight forms, including Glaceon. Before you head out and choose an Eevee to evolve, ensure you know the best natures for this partner Pokemon.
Best Natures for Glaceon

Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Modest | +Special Attack/-Attack |
Timid | +Speed/-Attack |
As a Special Attack Pokemon, Glaceon needs to focus on its Special Attack and Speed stats to hit hard and hit first. If you want to focus on boosting Glaceon’s Special Attack, the Modest nature is the best option. You’ll lower Attack stats, but that’s not going to matter in the long run for Glaceon. If you want to hone in on the Speed stat for Glaceon, the Timid nature will work best, as it trades Attack for this bonus.

Worst Natures for Glaceon

While there are natures that improve Glaceon’s stats, there are a few options you should avoid at all costs. Take care to steer clear of the following natures when seeking a Glaceon or an Eevee you’d like to evolve into this Ice type.
Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Adamant | +Attack/-Special Attack |
Brave | +Attack/-Speed |
Special Attack and Speed are paramount when building a great Glaceon, but some natures lower those stats. Because the Adamant nature lowers Special Attack and focuses on the Attack stat, it’s a lose-lose situation. There’s no merit in an Adamant Glaceon, but the Brave nature is just as destructive, lowering Speed to raise Attack. If you find an Eevee with either of these natures, it’s best to save it for another evolution or put it in a box for safekeeping.
