Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have a new raid for players to participate in! In this unique event, players with Pokemon Violet can add the new Paradox Pokemon, Iron Leaves, to their team. Before you catch this mighty beast, make sure you know the best natures available for the Grass/Psychic hybrid.
Best Natures for Iron Leaves
Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Adamant | +Attack/-Special Attack |
Jolly | +Speed/-Special Attack |
Iron Leaves works best as a speedy physical attacker with natures that augment its Attack or Speed stat. You’ll need the Adamant nature if you want to give your Attack stat a bit more oomph. The Jolly nature is your best bet to bolster Iron Leaves’ Speed stat. Both of these natures lower the Special Attack stat, but it won’t matter much because this is Iron Leaves’ worst stat.

Worst Natures for Iron Leaves
While looking for the ideal Iron Leaves, avoiding the worst natures for your new friend is essential. The natures listed below can stifle your ally’s ability to perform in battle. If you find your Iron Leaves has a poor nature, you can swap them with a mint. To purchase these consumable items, head to the Chansey Supply shop in Montenevera; just make sure you have $20,000 ready because these items are pricey.
Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Modest | +Special Attack/-Attack |
Quiet | +Special Attack/-Speed |
Because the Modest and Quiet natures focus on the Special Attack stat, they’re not valuable for Iron Leaves. What makes them even worse is that they lower this powerful Pokemon’s Attack and Speed stats; as the most important stats for your new ally, any nature that lowers those key stats should be avoided.
