Shroodle and Grafaiai are speedy physical fighters with impressive Attack and Speed stats. While both stats have exceptional values, the Speed stat inches Attack out for the best base stat pool. If you want to outpace your competition, pouring points into that Speed stat is best. The best nature for this option is Jolly, which adds to the Speed stat at the cost of Special Attack.

The Adamant nature is another excellent option if you prefer to build up the Attack stat instead. This nature also lowers Special Attack, but that’s no big deal for a physical fighter like Grafaiai. You won’t be as fast with this nature, but you’ll hit harder when you use moves. Ultimately, the choice is yours, but we suggest the Jolly nature, as it gave us the edge we needed to inch out opponents in Speed and strike first.

Despite two powerful natures for Shroodle and Grafaiai, some natures can make this Pokemon pretty useless in a fight. Should you stumble upon a version of these two Pokemon with either of the following natures, we suggest putting it in your PC box instead of battling with it.

Quiet+Special Attack/-Speed
Modest+Special Attack/-Attack

Because Shroodle and Grafaiai need the Speed and Attack stats, they must avoid any nature that impacts those stats. The Quiet and Modest natures each take away from one of those critical aspects. Not only this, but they give a bonus to Special Attack, one that Shroodle and Grafaiai can’t use. It’s a set of natures that won’t aid them in battle.
