Best Natures for Wiglett and Wugtrio

Nature | Effects |
---|---|
Jolly | +Speed/-Special Attack |
Adamant | +Attack/-Special Attack |
Wiglett and Wugtrio work best when you build around their Attack and Speed stats. You’ll have two options to choose from when shaping your slippery Water-type. To improve the Speed stat for Wiglett, the Jolly nature is ideal. You’ll lose Special Attack points, but that won’t matter with this physical attacker. Because these Pokemon have such low Defense stats, we chose this nature to outpace our foes and strike first.
The Adamant nature is best if you’d rather put points into the Attack stat. This nature gives the same bane as Jolly, so don’t fret about losing valuable stats. Wiglett and Wugtrio are competent physical attackers, so we chose to forgo this nature during our playthrough.
Worst Natures for Wiglett and Wugtrio

Though there are natures that make Wiglett and Wugtrio stronger, there are others that make them struggle in battle. If you find one of their worst natures, you’ll want to find another option or change their natures. Players can use mints to alter a Pokemon’s nature, and they’re sold at the Chansey Supply store in Montenevera for $20,000.
Natures | Effects |
---|---|
Quiet | +Special Attack/-Speed |
Modest | +Special Attack/-Attack |
Wiglett and Wugtrio should avoid any natures that lower their Speed or Attack stats. The worst options are Quiet and Modest, which each lower these stats, giving a boost to Special Attack, which they can’t use much.
