A.K.I. resides in Tian Hong Yuan, China. To unlock this new area, you must first begin the Good Medicine’s Hard to Come By side mission.

Open your phone and select the World Map option from the main menu—head to Metro City. Once there, make your way to Chinatown and speak to Lao Mao.

Talk to the N.P.C. to unlock the mission. After you accept the quest, you’ll need to find Fang Fei. Head to Urban Park and track him down using the quest marker.
