There are hundreds of items to collect in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and Skyshrooms are among the first you can find in the game. Start your journey through Hyrule off on the right foot by grabbing food to save you when your health gets low! You never know when you’ll need to heal.

Skyshroom Location: Sky Islands
Skyshrooms spawn exclusively on the Sky Islands of Hyrule. You must be in the airborne landmasses to acquire this consumable item. You can grab them as early as the game’s tutorial on Great Sky Island.
Once you make your way to the Sky Islands, head to the base of a large tree. Skyshrooms commonly spawn just outside tree trunks, making them an easy find. Do a thorough sweep of an area near where you found the Skyshroom to see if there are any others before moving on.
