MultiVersus continues to add new characters to its roster. While plenty of characters are in the game, more are on the way. Next up are Rick and Morty, but these two won’t be the last additions. Black Adam and Stripe are next up on the list.
WB Games promised extra characters during Season 1 but never said who. Thanks to AisulMV, a reputable leaker in the MultiVersus community, we know that Black Adam and Stripe are the next contenders. InTheShade posted their findings to Twitter early on August 15.
The info on the upcoming fighters came from what looks like an Xbox console based on the interface. These leaks saw confirmation on August 15, when the game’s Season 1 update went live. Warner Bros. Games has a new header for Season 1 with Black Adam and Stripe front and center. For a better look at the upcoming characters, see the official image below:

Though we don’t know when these characters are coming to the game, we know they’re coming during Season 1, meaning that the next few months look exciting for MultiVersus.
New modes, maps, and cosmetics are also on the way to MultiVersus with Season 1. While there isn’t a complete list of the upcoming content, the snapshot below gives a great idea of what to expect.
