In this entry, players work to free Hades from the clutches of Chronos with a new protagonist and daughter of the god of the dead, Melinoë, in the god-like rogue-like. New gods and allies, like Apollo and Nemesis, join the fray this time. While we don’t have a definitive date for the game, Supergiant Games promised the game would get early access info sometime in 2023.

Hades II takes place after the events of the original game, with the Princess of the Underworld fighting Titans with the aid of the gods. Hades 2 features new upgrades, challenges, systems, locations, and surprises to uncover. Melinoë is the sister of Zagreus but sports a fighting style and weapon kit all her own. Hades 2 is the first sequel for Supergiant Games and a momentous title for the small indie studio. For more info on the game, visit the official Hades 2 page on the Supergiant Games website!
