When Hades II saw an announcement at The Game Awards in 2022, fans were eager to hear more about the rogue-like following the showcase. After the technical test ended on April 26, the project went dark again until today, when the game shadow dropped into Early Access on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Supergiant Games took to X to share the information on the Hades II early access drop, including links to buy the game on PC. PC players can pick the title up now for $29.99.

In the sequel, players control Melinoë, daughter of Hades, to take on Chronos, to free her father and the rest of her family from the Titan of Time. New gods and allies also join the fight, though we won’t spoil who you can expect this time.

The game will likely stay in Early Access until at least late 2024, but Supergiant plans to release the console version in the future.
To further hype the release of Hades II, Supergiant put the original title on sale for $8.49 on PC, making now a better time than ever before to join in on the fun.
The original game went on to win over 50 Game of the Year awards and become one of the highest-rated Steam games ever. It is currently ranked 5th in the Steam rankings.
