Geoff Keighley and Insomniac Games shocked Summer Game Fest fans when they revealed the release date and cover art for Spider-Man 2. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 launches exclusively on PlayStation 5 on October 20, 2023. With the title only a few months away, the team behind this hero epic finally unveiled the cover art and each edition of the game.

All the Editions for Spider-Man 2
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has three unique versions of the game for players to purchase, with varying bonuses depending on which edition you pick. For $69.99, players get the standard edition of Spider-Man 2.
Standard Edition
Early adopters of the title also get several pre-order bonuses, which you can see here:
- Two early unlock suits for Peter and Miles
- Web Grabber Gadget
- 3 Skill Points
Digital Deluxe Edition
Those who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition of Spider-Man 2 for $79.99 will receive the following:
- Full digital PS5 game
- Pre-order bonuses
- Ten unique suits for Peter and Miles (five for each character)
- Additional Photo Mode items
- Two extra Skill Points
Collector’s Edition
Lastly, there’s the Spider-Man 2 Collector’s Edition for $229.99. The Collector’s edition of the game includes:
- Steelbook Display Case
- Full digital PS5 game
- Pre-order bonuses
- Digital Deluxe content
- 19-inch Collector’s Edition Statue
Pre-orders for Spider-Man 2 go live on PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct at 10:00 AM local time, which will vary depending on your time zone. If you want the Collector’s Edition, you’ll want to pre-order ASAP.
