MultiVersus, the Platform fighter from WB Games, continues to add to its roster. The latest addition to the list is the troublesome Gremlin, Stripe. After being teased months ago, players can finally take control of this 80s antagonist in just a few hours.
Player First Games took to their Twitter account on October 11 to share a sneak peek of the latest MultiVersus fighter. After announcing that Stripe was coming to the game at some point this week, the MultiVersus Twitter shared a preview of the Assassin class fighter at Scooby Doo’s Haunted Mansion.

Earlier in the week, Player First Games shared Stripe’s character card, which previewed several of his signature moves. This little antagonist uses a chainsaw, pistol, and claws to deal damage to opponents. As an assassin, Stripe’s specialty is focusing attacks on his opponents.

Though Stripe is a new character in MultiVersus, he brings back series voice actor Daniel Ross. The voice of the evil Gremlin also provides the voice for Gizmo, the cute little Mogwai from the 1984 film.

While Stripe is a significant addition to MultiVersus, Player First Games has another large update planned following this new character. Though there isn’t much info on the upcoming patch, we will surely hear more in the coming days and weeks.
