Live A Live playable demo available now on Nintendo Switch

The Live A Live demo debuts today on Nintendo Switch!

Live A Live launches on Nintendo Switch on July 22, but RPG fans won’t have to wait long to play. During the Nintendo Direct Mini on June 28, Nintendo revealed a playable demo. Additionally, those who play the demo can transfer data to the main game once it releases. The following chapters are included in the Live A Live demo.

  • Imperial China
  • Twilight of Edo Japan
  • The Distant Future

Each demo segment gives players control of a different protagonist during a unique time period. Furthermore, players can play the demos in any order.

Experience each narrative with HD 2D graphics in addition to strategic combat. Though the periods and stories vary throughout Live A Live, the remake’s art style maintains a retro-inspired aesthetic.
