Morty Smith is out now in MultiVersus

Aw, geez, it's time for another trip through the multiverse.

Morty Smith is finally out in MultiVersus! The popular Adult Swim character joins the ever-expanding roster of fighters in patch 1.01. While fans knew the new bruiser was on his way, a new gameplay trailer was a surprise.

After the 1.01 Update, MultiVersus posted a gameplay trailer on Twitter of Morty Smith, showcasing his abilities and moves at 1:00 PM EDT. Morty uses the Plumbus, guns, and teleport technology to overwhelm his opponents on the battlefield. Check the post below:

Morty Smith saw an announcement alongside Rick Sanchez. While Rick is coming during Season One, we don’t have a date yet. We’ll let you know when we get the info. See the image below for a sneak peek of Rick in the game. Player First Games has grand plans for the game, and their first Season One additions are impressive.

Not only is Morty’s grandfather joining the cast in Season One, but Shazam and Stripe are also coming sometime before the season ends on November 15. We’ll likely get info on these two characters after Rick Sanchez debuts.
