Persona 5 Royal comes out on Nintendo Switch this October

Persona 5 brings the Phantom Thieves to the Switch this autumn.

The Persona series is one of the most beloved in the RPG genre. While PlayStation fans have played Persona 5 Royal for years, other platforms can finally get their hands on this title. Nintendo Switch owners can play Persona 5 Royal on October 21, 2022.

Though players had given up hope on the game coming to Switch after the Xbox announcement earlier this month, the Nintendo Direct partner showcase surprised plenty with its last announcement. Morgana left the card below unveiling the game’s release date.

While Persona 5 Royal is a massive Switch announcement, it wasn’t the only one. Persona 3 and 4 are coming soon to Nintendo Switch as well. The definitive editions of each of these titles are on the way. Ports for Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden are in the works at ATLUS. These titles are sold separately and currently have no release date, but it’s nice to know they’re coming. There’s even an awesome announcement graphic below.
