Ratchet & Clank PC Port revealed, now coming July 26

Heading for another new dimension: PC.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is finally getting a PC port. After launching exclusively on the PS5 in 2021, Insomniac’s lauded platform shooter debuts on PC on July 26, 2023.

Players can pick up Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart for $59.99 on the Epic Games Store and Steam, where pre-purchases are live. Those who reserve a copy of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart on Steam will get the Pixelizer Weapon and Carbonox Armor set early, while others can unlock these items by playing the game.

Though the original title is from Insomniac Games, Nixxes Software, another PlayStation Studios team, takes charge of the port of this PlayStation Studios title. The studio also created PC ports of other PlayStation Studios titles like Spider-Man 2018 and Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Nixxes promised several unique features alongside the PC announcement, including:

  • Full mouse and keyboard support
  • Ultrawide display support
  • Performance enhancing technologies
    • NVIDIA DLSS 3
    • AMD FSR 2
    • Intel XeSS
  • Unlocked framerate
  • Raytraced reflections and shadows
