Street Fighter 6 releases new trailer at EVO 2022

The best girl is here (and it isn't Juri.)

EVO 2022 is the premier fighting game tournament in the gaming world. After a heated Street Fighter 5 final match, the team at Capcom shared new information on the latest characters joining the roster in Street Fighter 6.

The first character shown during the new Street Fighter trailer was Kimberly, a new ninja combatant from America. The brand-new fighter boasts an eccentric style with flips and spinning kicks. She is impressive on the field, and her design is also incredible. You’ll also see her jamming to 80s music and spray painting the area during her celebrations and attacks.

Next up was Juri, a Street Fighter veteran debuting in Street Fighter 4. This South Korean brawler and fan favorite caused an uproar among the audience when she appeared immediately after Kimberly. Though She’s a familiar face, she’s got a few surprises to show off this time, including an improved design that fits the Street Fighter 6 aesthetic. Juri also has most of her moves from Street Fighter 4 with several new special moves.

While Street Fighter 6 isn’t coming out until 2023, there’s plenty to look forward to. Though we don’t have an official date, we hope the trailer is enough to satiate you.
